New appointment at Customer Management experts Bsquared
Bsquared are pleased to announce the appointment of Owen Batham, who joins the consulting team in February 2009.
Owen has substantial practical, operational and commercial experience from over 20 years in senior management positions in the construction materials industry. In his latest role as Chief Executive of Ennstone Concrete Products he established an excellent reputation for improving and
developing new customer relationships. This was a major reason behind the
dramatic improvement in the company’s fortunes; this expertise he now brings to Bsquared’s clients.
