Overview
The ProQuin product offering is designed to provide a comprehensive support solutrion. After all, we want you to use our product and get the most benefit possible from it.
ProQuin fundamentals is available to buy from this site right now and comes with 3 support levels.
Level 1 - Basic Technical Support
All customers are entitled to security and functional fixes for the life of the version they have purchased. There is no charge for this as you would expect.
Level 2 - Version Support Only ('Plus' Version)
Customers who take up our version support via Fundamentals Plus will receive regular upgrades within their version. For example, if you have licensed version 2 , then you will receive all functional upgrades on that product up to version 3. This will of course include the normal security and functional fixes, but it will also include any new features as they are added within this version.
Level 3 - Support Plan
Additional telephone based support is available on a support plan.
We have a numbe rof different levels available and all are customisable to suit individual requirements. Basic recommended levels are as follows:
